We agree the hardware and site requirements, then install Seesa on your premises. Your team provides the access needed for the systems you want to connect.

We import the agreed history, configure permissions and check connected sources. Your team can also add and manage supported connections through settings.

Your team starts asking questions and using routines. We manage supplied installations; bespoke workflows can be scoped separately with our specialists.

Installation, historical import, supported system connections and permission configuration are included. Your proposal describes the scope before you order, so you know what is part of setup and what requires bespoke work.

Management and data access
Pentatonic manages configuration, software updates and maintenance for systems it supplies. We'll explain the support connection and data-access arrangements for your installation before it goes live.
